We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality drinks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails to a consistently high standard
- Ensure all drinks are made efficiently while maintaining presentation quality
- Learn and confidently execute our in-house cocktail menu
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as a cocktail bartender
