- Conducting comprehensive market mapping for strategic roles, particularly in hard-to-fill or specialist areas, leveraging market knowledge, prior networks and data and insights to inform sourcing and search approaches.
- Leading strategic sourcing efforts, including direct approaches and use of advanced search tools, job boards, and networks to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including application screening, initial candidate outreach, feedback collation, offer administration, and accurate data management within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Developing relationships with recruitment agencies, including briefings, candidate submission tracking, and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with the firm’s expectations and standards.
- Attending interviews where appropriate, advising panels on structure and candidate assessment, and providing timely feedback to both candidates and agents.
- Managing the offer process including negotiation of terms, counter-offer management and working closely with HR Advisory and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Ensuring best practice is followed throughout the recruitment lifecycle and that all activity remains compliant with GDPR and relevant employment legislation.
- Producing recruitment-related data and market insight reports to support decision-making across legal and business services recruitment.
- Contributing to wider recruitment and HR projects, helping to develop and refine recruitment tools, processes, and systems.
- Supporting and coaching junior recruitment team members, reviewing their outputs and providing guidance; acting as a key escalation point for queries, troubleshooting, or complex scenarios.
