We are recruiting for a Project Manager to lead the urgent recovery and successful delivery of a Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) project. Reporting into the Programme Manager, the Project Manager will take ownership of a critical project that is currently off-track, requiring immediate stabilisation and turnaround. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end assessment, re-planning, and delivery of the CAFM solution, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives for facilities management, compliance, and operational efficiency. This includes managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while applying robust governance, assurance, and delivery practices.

The role will work closely with technology teams, facilities management, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to restore confidence and deliver agreed outcomes. This is a pivotal role requiring a hands-on leader with a proven track record in project recovery, particularly within CAFM or facilities technology environments. The successful candidate will be expected to rapidly diagnose issues, implement a robust recovery plan, and drive the project to completion.
