Connells Group is looking for an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our Slater Hogg & Howison Ayr branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
- Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
- Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
- Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
Skills & Experience
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
