Due to continued growth and increasing demand for our Residential Property services, Slater Heelis is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our expanding team in Chester. The Role
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Right to Buy transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Providing practical, commercial advice and exceptional client service throughout the transaction
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer – 5 years + PQE
- Has experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Builds trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Has excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
- Is committed to delivering an outstanding client experience
