Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied caseload of property litigation matters

• Collaborate with colleagues in contentious probate and private litigation

• Deliver strategic, solution-focused legal advice to a diverse client base

• Confidently handle a wide range of disputes from start to finish

Areas of Expertise

We’re looking for experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Overage disputes

• Easements

• Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture & relief

• Residential and commercial possession claims

• Service charge disputes

• Leasehold enfranchisement

• Co-ownership disputes

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with at least 2 years’ relevant experience

• Proven ability to manage your own caseload

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Calm under pressure and confident working to tight deadlines
