The Opportunity

- 2–3+ years’ people advisory experience, partnering with stakeholders across the business

What you’ll be doing (day to day)
People Advisory
- Partner with leaders to build positive, high‑performing and inclusive environments:
- Provide pragmatic advice across performance, capability, restructuring, redundancy, family leave, flexible working.
- Enable leaders to manage sensitive situations well and make sound, legally compliant decisions aligned with UK employment law.
- Build strong working relationships through proactive guidance, early intervention and ongoing support.
People Operations
- Own and deliver core people processes across the employee lifecycle:
- End‑to‑end onboarding through to offboarding
- High‑quality documentation, reporting, and audits
- Managing shared inboxes and acting as a reliable operational point of contact
Process Optimisation
- Refine and improve people processes, streamlining workflows and enhancing employee experience.
Change Management
- Support and deliver change initiatives, partnering with leaders to embed new ways of working.
People Frameworks & Policies
- Help create and update policies aligned with best practice.
People Initiatives
- Contribute to key projects across the people roadmap, designing and delivering initiatives that drive engagement and performance.
Upskilling Leaders
- Support the development of people leaders, helping them to build high‑performing teams.
