The Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE to join our growing team in Sale. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside three experienced Partners, gaining hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of personal injury work. You will assist with complex, high-value cases and gradually build your own caseload, with support and supervision from senior colleagues. Typical file values will range from £25,000 to £100,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a developing caseload of personal injury claims, including:
- Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
- Employer’s Liability and Public Liability (ELPL)
- Clinical Negligence
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) in England & Wales.
- Experience in a range of personal injury matters, ideally including clinical negligence, RTA, and EL/PL claims.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to work.
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in personal injury law.
