The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our established and successful Family Law department.
You will handle a broad range of private family matters, working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive team.
We are seeking a solicitor who combines strong technical expertise with empathy, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care during some of life’s most challenging circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters, including divorce and separation, cohabitation, and relationship disputes.
- Providing clear, pragmatic, and high‑quality legal advice and representation.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring an excellent client experience throughout.
- Supporting the continued growth of the department through networking and business development activities.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider Family Law team and firm.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Family Law.
- Strong technical knowledge across private family matters.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Empathetic, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Business development experience or an interest in building professional networks would be advantageous.
