Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
- Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse range of clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to grow both your own and the firmβs professional network
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-referrals and firm-wide growth
What about you?
You will ideally come from a Commercial Property background in a well-regarded law firm, with around 4+ years PQE. Importantly, you will have the ability to offer advice that achieves the best result for the client. With a proactive, self-motivated approach, you will have the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
