We would like those who are extremely proficient within Employment law and have the ability to manage client meetings and lead complex negotiations. It\’s also vital to have experience within redundancy and restructure, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.We would be looking for those with the ability to advise on various matters such as discrimination, redundancy and contracts (along with reviewing and drafting contracts).
