We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our specialist Travel Personal Injury team in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior paralegal looking to develop their career within a nationally recognised personal injury firm, gaining exposure to complex cross-border accident claims.

Our team manages a wide range of international personal injury claims, including accidents occurring abroad and incidents involving:

  • Aircraft
  • Cruise ships and boats
  • International rail travel

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced fee earners, providing essential case support on matters involving international conventions such as the Montreal Convention and the Athens Convention. As part of this role it is also expected to take new enquiry calls from potential clients and assist with onboarding them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting solicitors and fee earners with the progression of travel personal injury claims
  • Assisting with drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties
  • Taking new enquiry calls and assisting with client onboarding
  • Preparing files, bundles and documentation
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring procedural compliance
  • Assisting with time recording, billing and administrative tasks
