We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to support the day-to-day management of our organic social media channels. Working closely with the Social Media Lead, you’ll help deliver engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube, contributing to the growth and visibility of the brand. You’ll be responsible for content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking - ensuring our social presence is consistent, relevant, and aligned with broader brand initiatives and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Scheduling
- Create platform-specific content including copy, imagery, video, and graphics in line with brand guidelines.
- Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms using approved tools.
- Support campaign rollouts by adapting content for different audiences and channels.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to build relationships which create engaging content for social media.
- Community Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Flag opportunities for engagement and support the Social Media Lead in building relationships with followers, partners, and potentially influencers.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Assist in tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports to inform optimisation and planning.
- Use insights to suggest improvements to content and posting strategies.
- Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Work closely with the Social Media Lead and wider marketing teams to ensure content supports wider brand campaigns, digital marketing and messaging.
- Liaise with internal teams (Content, Design, Heads of Practice and PR) to gather assets and approvals.
- Liaise with B2B brand manager to support the partner social media initiatives.
- Maintain the social media calendar and ensure visibility of upcoming activity.
- Platform & Trend Awareness
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
- Share ideas for new content formats, engagement tactics, and creative approaches.
- Monitor competitor activity on social media.

- Experience in managing or supporting social media channels for a brand or organisation.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Strong copywriting, creative and visual content creation skills.
- Excellent collaboration, communication and people skills.

- A collaborative team player with a passion for social media and brand storytelling.
