We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our first-class Industrial Disease team in Manchester. As part of the role, you will be required to take new enquiry calls from new clients and assist with onboarding them.
Our Disease team handles a wide range of matters, including (but not limited to) asbestos (mesothelioma and other related illnesses), hearing loss and deafness, skin cancer, and respiratory diseases/illnesses. We are looking for those who can support our fee earners with handling client matters, offering a high level of care, ensuring compliance with the National Practice Standards.
The successful applicant will also be expected to manage financial aspects of matters, including time recording, billing, and debtor management, enabling both their own personal fee budget, along with supporting the fee earners with theirs. We are seeking those with experience of Disease work; however, we would also consider those from other relevant practice areas e.g. serious injury, EL/PL.
