We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team in Manchester. This is a phone-based position, and entails taking instructions on the phone from new potential clients regarding their clinical negligence claims. Supporting our fee earners, we are looking for those who have experience/interest within a variety of matters in Clinical Negligence, such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, along with misdiagnosis.

You need to have a basic understanding of the framework of clinical negligence law and have a passion for this area of law. We expect you to be confident on the phone and to be able to control the call, offer the customer support as well as be empathetic. A graduate or GDL background is required. You will work alternating shifts – 8am – 4pm/10am – 6pm. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
