We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our hugely successful Clinical Negligence team in London. Led by Emma Doughty (Legal 500 rated Leading Individual), our team deals with a variety of complex cases that stem from misdiagnoses or failure to diagnose such as spinal injury, brain injury, along with surgical errors and incorrect treatment. Our team is highly ranked within Chambers and the Legal 500, whilst also winning individual awards for their work on high profile cases.
You will be required to run your own caseload which will include many high value, maximum severity cases, some of which are litigated cases. We are therefore looking for a technically strong lawyer, who can also demonstrate empathy and excellent interpersonal skills. This is an opportunity to work within a leading (and supportive) team, undertaking some very high quality (and often note-worthy) cases.
