We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Collective Actions team. This role carries overall responsibility for ensuring that all designated tasks and actions within the case are completed accurately and on time. You will manage a team of paralegals, oversee task allocation, and maintain progress tracking across multiple stages of complex collective action claims.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in group litigation, outstanding organisational skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. You must demonstrate strong attention to detail, process compliance, and the ability to report effectively to senior fee earners. Professional client communication and email etiquette are essential, along with confidence in using Excel for data management.
