We are currently recruiting for an In-House Counsel to join our hugely successful Serious Injury team in Manchester. Specialists in their field, our Serious Injury team works on a variety of matters, relating to head, brain and spinal cord injuries, along with amputation and limb damage and fatal accidents. We manage cases on behalf of our clients, seeking to gain the optimum results, be it interim payments to cover expenses in the short-term whilst working on the matter to ensure life-long support and compensation to safeguard the future effects of injuries that have been sustained.

A unique role has arisen within the team for an In-House Counsel or Solicitor Advocate, whereby we’re looking for those who can attend court hearings, deal with applications, prepare pleadings whilst advising on the legal and technical issues in respect of Personal Injury. There is scope to manage a caseload of intermediate/multi-track claims. There will also be support from our large, national Multi-Track team including Paralegals and Legal Assistants. Demonstrable experience with a proven and extensive track record as a Barrister/In-House Counsel/Solicitor Advocate is paramount.
