Slater and Gordon Lawyers is one of the UK’s leading consumer law firms, specialising in complex, high-value claims and providing exceptional client care. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our established London team.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, including complex and high-value claims, from initial instruction through to conclusion. The role offers exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a full caseload of claimant clinical negligence files
- Running cases independently from inception to settlement or trial
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation
- Instructing and liaising with counsel and medical experts
- Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
- Contributing to team performance and knowledge sharing
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Previous clinical negligence experience (claimant experience preferred)
- Experience handling complex and/or high-value cases
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
