We are looking to recruit for a Senior Legal Complaints Analyst who can provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients, including dealing with high-level complex complaints.
Do you have previous experience working within a complaints resolution team in a Law Firm or Legal Sector? Are you an excellent communicator who can resolve conflict and handle difficult conversations? If so, then we want to hear from you.
You will play a key part in our complaints service ensuring that all levels of complaints are recorded accurately, resolve complaints directly and escalate when needed. You will need to have time management skills to monitor time frames and ensure the complaints process is followed according to service level agreements and also be able to identify common trends and make recommendations.
