Due to continued growth and success, we are currently recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Paralegal with Clinical Negligence experience to join our successful team. Our team of Clinical Negligence solicitors are experts in dealing with NHS and medical negligence claims ranging from medical misdiagnosis to amputation, cancer, nerve injury, spine injury, birth injury, head/brain injury and negligence claims against doctors, surgeons, and hospitals.
Supporting our fee earners, we are looking for those who have experience within a variety of matters in Clinical Negligence, such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, along with misdiagnosis. We’re looking for those who can manage disclosure, instructions and funding details. Other duties would comprise of instructing counsel and medical experts, assisting with casework, including new claims, actioning them in accordance with our service level agreements and updating the Claims Management System.
