Weβre looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Digital Lead to take ownership of our multi-channel digital performance strategy. This pivotal role will lead a team across SEO, Paid Search and Paid Social, with a strong focus on performance, data-led decision making and campaign delivery at pace. As the business continues to grow, this role will focus on leadership of the team and innovation to scale our acquisition activity and maximise ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a high-performing digital marketing team across SEO, PPC, and Paid Social.
- Own channel strategy and execution, driving traffic, leads and conversions through to acquisition, across all major digital touchpoints.
- Ensure clear performance targets, campaign plans and testing roadmaps are in place and delivered effectively.
- Report on and measure the success of all channel strategies, using dashboards and KPIs to demonstrate impact, identify opportunities, and guide ongoing optimisation.
- Champion a data-first approach, using insights to inform decisions, optimise spend, and improve campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (practice areas, business development, brand, compliance etc.) to align marketing with business objectives.
- Own the day-to-day management of external agencies and suppliers, where appropriate, to support campaign delivery and innovation.
- Support business development and partner marketing in B2B partnerships.
- Drive operational excellence in campaign processes, creative briefing, tracking, and reporting.
- Embed a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g. AI in marketing) to future-proof channel strategies.
About You
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a similar digital marketing leadership role, ideally within a performance or growth marketing environment.
- Excellent commercial acumen β able to link marketing metrics to business outcomes and make sound investment decisions.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC (Google/Microsoft Ads), and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, coach and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
- Highly analytical β confident working with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Social Media platforms, and attribution models.
- Experience with CRO, creative testing, and performance optimisation.
- Strong project management and organisational skills β able to run multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in B2C and B2B marketing environments a plus.
- Strong stakeholder and business partnering skills.
- Curious, innovative, and up to date with digital trends and best practice.
