Overview

We are actively recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Serious Injury team in Birmingham. We handle cases including spinal cord injuries, amputation and limb damage, and fatal incidents. We will need you to assist Solicitors and Fee Earners with casework, liaise with clients and third parties, manage client matters according to the NPS, and provide a high level of client care. You will also support fee earners with legal and administrative tasks and provide accurate time recording, billing and debtor management. We would encourage those with knowledge and basic understanding of legal concepts to apply, gained from LPC, LLM, GDL or ILEX study. This is a remote working position, however travel may be required to our temporary Birmingham office. If a permanent Birmingham office opens, you would be required to attend twice weekly.

Qualifications

Working arrangements

  • Remote working position with occasional travel to the temporary Birmingham office
  • If a permanent Birmingham office opens, attendance will be required twice weekly
