Overview
Paralegal/Litigation Executive – Clinical Negligence role based in London with Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK). We are seeking an ambitious Litigation Executive/Paralegal with Clinical Negligence experience to join our team. Our Clinical Negligence solicitors handle NHS and medical negligence claims ranging from medical misdiagnosis to amputation, cancer, nerve injury, spine injury, birth injury, head/brain injury and negligence claims against doctors, surgeons and hospitals.
Note: Vacancies may close prior to the expiry date displayed, subject to volume of applications received.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload within Clinical Negligence with ability to assess claims and manage client expectations regarding process and timescales.
- Handle new claims and action them in accordance with service level agreements.
- Update the Claims Management System and maintain accurate case records.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality client service and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Clinical Negligence (NHS/medical negligence claims) is required.
- Ability to manage own caseload and assess claims with attention to detail and adherence to SLAs.
- Strong communication skills to manage client expectations and coordinate with solicitors and healthcare professionals.
