We are currently looking for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join our specialist team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals, supporting them in managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting solicitors with case preparation, drafting documents, and managing correspondence
- Conducting legal research and preparing court bundles
- Liaising with clients, experts, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate case records and progressing files efficiently
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally in clinical negligence or personal injury
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A genuine interest in clinical negligence and helping clients achieve justice
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
