We are recruiting a Solicitor to join our Wills, Trusts, Tax and Probate team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of private client matters with an emphasis on wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate planning. They will also be expected to handle straightforward estate administration matters independently.

We are looking for someone with a solid background in private client work and experience of advising clients on:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate administration
• Trusts and associated private client matters

The role involves providing clear, practical advice to a broad range of clients and managing matters from instruction through to completion.

Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload and building strong relationships with clients, delivering a high standard of client care and technical advice.
