We are recruiting a Paralegal to join our first‑class Industrial Disease team in Manchester. As part of the role you will take new enquiry calls from clients and assist with onboarding. Our Disease team handles asbestos (mesothelioma and related illnesses), hearing loss and deafness, skin cancer and respiratory diseases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support fee earners with handling client matters, providing high‑level client care.
- Ensure compliance with National Practice Standards.
- Manage the financial aspects of matters, including time recording, billing and debtor management.
We are looking for candidates with experience in disease work; we will also consider those from serious injury, EL/PL or other relevant practice areas.
