  • Campaign Planning & Delivery
  • YOU'LL lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring every activity delivers maximum impact and value.

• Key responsibilities include

  • Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including website, social media, email, PR, and offline activity.
  • Defining campaign objectives, KPIs, and timelines that align with wider business and brand goals.
  • Creating clear campaign briefs and managing delivery from initial concept through to evaluation and reporting.
  • Working closely with external media and marketing partners to maximise campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
  • Ensuring all campaigns reflect our brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Great content sits at the heart of successful marketing, and YOU'LL play a key role in shaping and delivering it.
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for a variety of channels, including website content, articles, blogs, email campaigns, social media, case studies, and print advertising.
  • Support SEO and content optimisation initiatives to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose content and maximise its reach across channels.
  • Collaborate with PR, creative, and media agencies to ensure content is effective, cohesive, and commercially impactful.
  • Performance & Optimisation
  • We're passionate about data-driven marketing, and YOU'LL use insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness across channels, analysing engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights for the Brand & Campaign Lead and Head of Marketing.
  • Apply campaign learnings and best practice to optimise future activity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Building strong relationships will be essential to your success.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed processes.
  • Keep Heads of Practice and key stakeholders informed of campaign plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Support the Brand & Campaign Lead in managing priorities and aligning marketing activity with wider business objectives.

About You

  • Proven experience planning and delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong content creation skills across digital and offline channels.
  • A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how different channels contribute to business performance.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience briefing and managing internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Confidence using analytics and marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
