We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Employment team in London. Our Employment team handles a range of matters relating to discrimination, harassment, redundancy and unfair dismissal. We support trade unions and their members, some of which are the largest in the UK. Our team provides worldâclass services, ensuring that client cases are well handled and that we achieve the optimum result.
We are looking for a skilled individual who can support our fee earners by handling client matters, offering a high level of care, ensuring compliance with the National Practice Standards. The successful applicant will also manage financial aspects of matters, including time recording, billing and debtor management, enabling both personal fee budgets and supporting fee earners with theirs and providing legal and administrative support on various client matters.
Applicants should have knowledge and understanding of basic legal concepts learned from legal education such as undergraduate law, LLM, LPC, GDL or ILEX study; or equivalent work experience; or successful completion of the Paralegal Apprenticeship scheme. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant business practice systems is required.
