We are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to join our team in either Liverpool or Manchester on a part time basis, working 21 hours per week across 3 days.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and insight-driven Reporting Analyst to support the S&G’s continuous assessment of its reviews and complaints position through robust data analysis and performance reporting. This role is key to understanding our current position in terms of complaints, where the firm sits in the market but also how the review profile is positioned. It is a hybrid role with duties split between Complaints reporting and the management of the firm’s review profile on several platforms. Reporting and analysis are key elements of this role; you will work closely with the firm’s Client Care team and its marketing team but report to the Practice Support Leader. The ideal candidate will undertake a variety of tasks that are vital to the firm’s strategic aim to improve service delivery and review profile. This role requires a high technical ability to produce board level reporting. It is ideal for someone with strong experience in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, outstanding problem solving skills and a passion for data. The role offers opportunities for someone to shape commercial strategies and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complaint and review performance dashboards across the business
- Report and manage performance of our review platforms to assess any trends or issues
- Deliver data‑led recommendations that influence marketing strategy and stakeholder decisions
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, onboarding, and practice areas to identify optimisation opportunities
- Integrate insights across platforms to assess overall firm complaints performance against competitors
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
- Effectively manage own time, workload, diary and administration to ensure no work is left unfinished
- Accurate data logging on the Complaints registers, call out any potential risks or themes
- Lead improvements in data reporting, accuracy, and efficiency but also projects
- Stay informed on digital trends, tools, and relevant legal sector regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for review platform issues
- Assist in the renewal of review platform contracts and in the implementation of various reviews projects
- Management of the booking tool and its Power BI reporting
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience in digital analytics and reporting
- Strong experience in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and proficient in managing review platforms like TrustPilot
- Skilled in creating Power BI dashboards and preparing Board level presentations based on reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn data into strategic action
- Commercial awareness with a focus on identifying risks and growth opportunities
- Organised, adaptable, and confident working independently or in teams
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit
