Due to continued growth and success we are recruiting an ambitious and experienced Paralegal with Clinical Negligence experience to join our successful team of Clinical Negligence solicitors who specialise in NHS and medical negligence claims.
Responsibilities
- Support fee earners by managing disclosure, instructions and funding details.
- Instruct counsel and medical experts as appropriate.
- Assist with casework, including new claims, and action them in accordance with our service level agreements.
- Update and maintain the Claims Management System.
- Manage disclosure, instructions and funding details across a variety of matters such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, and misdiagnosis.
Qualifications
Previous experience within Clinical Negligence is essential. Candidates should have worked on matters ranging from misdiagnosis to birth injury, head/brain injury and negligence claims against doctors, surgeons and hospitals.
