We are looking for a talented individual who will handle a large number of cases. The role involves:

  • Chasing medical reports
  • Reviewing records
  • Preparing trial bundles
  • Managing medical/treatment instructions
  • Sending instructions to Counsel
  • Paying disbursements
  • Drafting letters to clients
  • Running retainers
  • Assisting fee earners with various tasks
  • Reviewing CCTV
  • Booking legal hearings

Administrative duties include:

  • Arranging conferences
  • Managing ledgers (client balances and aged debt)
  • File transfers
  • Providing client updates

We require previous legal secretarial experience. A law degree is not required.
