The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Manchester. Please note this is a 6-9 month, fixed-term contract scheduled to commence in June 2025. The role will include providing high level support to our Executive Leadership Team, preparing agenda and board meeting materials, along with attending internal meetings and taking notes where required.

Other facets of the role will include:

  • Arranging meetings and appointments
  • Ensuring diaries are up to date
  • Providing supporting paperwork and information prior to meetings
  • Taking responsibility for any other administrative duties where needed
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Liaising with relevant companies to ensure all parties have up to date itineraries
  • Supporting with event planning

Other duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Daily calendar and diary management
  • Raising POS and approving purchase requests
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
  • Filing and approving expenses
  • Working closely with other EAs and providing cover where required
  • Arranging team events, dinners and social events
  • Managing inboxes and sending responses
  • Approving holiday requests
  • Preparing corporate documents
