We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Lawyer to join our hugely successful Employment team in Manchester as an Associate. We’re seeking those with experience in equality/discrimination and have experience of employment tribunals. We would like those who are extremely proficient within Employment law and have the ability to manage client meetings and lead complex negotiations. It's also vital to have experience within redundancy and restructure, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.
We would be looking for those with the ability to advise on various matters such as discrimination, redundancy and contracts (along with reviewing and drafting contracts). There will also be further duties, including (but not limited to) negotiating settlements, supporting our clients through their cases, managing your own caseload and providing top class legal advice where required. We would also like those who have a background in supervision and/or line management, with a commercial focus on chargeable hours and billing.
