We are currently recruiting a talented Paralegal to join our Clinical Negligence Team, assisting with clinical negligence claims.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and administrative support to fee earners on their client matters.
- Manage a high volume of work provided by multiple Lawyers, adapting to each lawyer's priorities and working style.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality of output.
- Produce complex documents, briefs and witness statements in plain English, researching and applying law within the Practice Group.
- Ensure efficient file management, adherence to timescales, compliance with precedents and accurate case‑management system documentation.
- Support Senior Lawyers with meetings with clients, counsel and expert witnesses.

About You
- Knowledge and understanding of basic legal concepts gained through legal education (e.g., undergraduate law, LLM, LPC, GDL or ILEX) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant practice/business IT systems, particularly Mattersphere and Aderant.
- Excellent typing, oral and written communication skills, with logical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work from multiple stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, highly motivated, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
