We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Paralegal to join our team in London on a 12 month fixed term basis. This role will support senior fee earners on a large-scale collective action by managing and analysing client data with precision. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Excel are essential. The successful candidate must demonstrate knowledge and experience in analysing data and reporting findings clearly.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Collective Actions team throughout various stages of a complex case.
- Manage client data and perform eligibility checks.
- Support case progression through accurate data processing.
- Work extensively with Excel and other tools to ensure data integrity and produce clear summaries for senior fee earners.
About You
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation).
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, then report findings clearly.
- Experience in preparing summaries and reports based on data analysis.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for internal collaboration.
