We are recruiting for a skilled Costs Draftsperson to join our specialist legal costs team in Liverpool. We are looking for those who have demonstrable experience of drafting bills of costs (including Precedent S Electronic Bills), N260’s, Schedules for JSM and Precedent H Cost budgets using costmaster. You would also be overseeing the issuing of the Notice of Commencement and associated documents, dealing with budget negotiations and preparing Precedent R and Precedent T documents. We would also be seeking those who can communicate effectively with stakeholders, to provide advice whilst also negotiating and agreeing costs with paying party solicitors and preparing points of reply and matters for provisional/detailed assessment.
