We are recruiting for a talented Solicitor to join our hugely successful Employment team in Cardiff as a Senior Associate.
We’re seeking those with experience in equality/discrimination, employment tribunals and employment law. We would like those who are extremely proficient within Employment law and have the ability to manage client meetings, lead complex negotiations, and handle redundancy and restructure, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.
Responsibilities
- Advise on matters such as discrimination, redundancy and contracts (including reviewing and drafting contracts).
- Support clients through their cases, manage your own caseload and provide top‑class legal advice where required.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Manage client meetings and lead complex negotiations.

- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office (must live a reasonable distance to commute to the office).
- 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
