We are currently recruiting a Principal Lawyer to join our hugely successful Clinical Negligence team in Cardiff.
This is a team leader position.
Responsibilities Lead complex and high‑value clinical negligence cases, managing, supervising and supporting a team of junior lawyers.
Work on varied and interesting casework with emphasis on highest quantum levels, while actively engaging in networking and business development, including establishing and maintaining charity relationships.
Qualifications Experience in clinical negligence law and proven leadership in a legal team.
Strong management and client service skills, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
