We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Optimization Manager to join our Marketing team in Manchester. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role has two goals:
- Increasing onsite conversion rate of qualified enquiries
- Building brand trust
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be highly driven and have a customer focussed mindset.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the performance of conversion funnels across the website.
- Translate client targets into site-level KPIs and quarterly roadmaps.
- Set the CRO strategy and manage CRO partners – currently one agency.
- Ensure correct use of behavioural analytics. We use Mouseflow but experience in alternative tools is acceptable.
- Ensure CRO processes and results are robust and data driven.
- Own the end-to-end online UX experience and be a key stakeholder in the omnichannel journey.
- Triage and resolve site issues.
- Engage with SEO, Content, Paid Media and Compliance teams to improve positive customer outcomes.
- Maintain documentation for web processes and tech stack.
