We are seeking a Marketing & Creative Operations Manager to own business development support, marketing execution, brand operations, and the day-to-day systems that keep a fast-paced creative studio running.

Position Summary

As Marketing & Creative Operations Manager at Slate Studios, you will run point across outreach, marketing coordination, brand support, and internal operations. This is a hands-on ownership role for someone highly organized, reliable, and proactive who can both execute the work and improve the systems behind it. You'll work closely with leadership and have real influence over how the studio markets itself and operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing and Outreach
    • Build and manage prospect research, lead lists, and multi-step outreach campaigns
    • Drive business development support and follow-up coordination end to end
    • Own marketing materials, references, and outbound documentation
  • Creative and Brand Support
    • Lead creative research, visual references, moodboards, and decks
    • Support brand, content, and presentation work across active initiatives
    • Maintain internal creative assets and file systems
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage day-to-day operational and administrative workflows
    • Track follow-ups, internal priorities, and project action items to completion
    • Organize documents, links, notes, and key business information
  • General Team Support
    • Provide flexible support across marketing, creative, and operations
    • Keep workflows organized and moving efficiently
    • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally

Requirements

  • Able to work hybrid (on-site as needed)

Experience

  • 2+ years in marketing, operations, studio coordination, or a comparable role
