Job Summary
As a freelance Senior Producer, you’ll oversee high-volume photo and video productions from concept to completion. You’ll be the lead client contact, manage logistics, coordinate with crew, and ensure every production runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for advertising, editorial, and branded content shoots
- Manage timelines, budgets, call sheets, crew coordination, and vendors
- Act as the primary client-facing lead during all stages of production
- Negotiate and confirm talent and vendor rates
- Track and reconcile expenses and handle all post-shoot wrap needs
- Collaborate with internal team members including creative, production, and operations leads
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience producing high-end commercial photo and/or video shoots
- Strong English communication and client relationship skills
- Expertise in budget management, negotiation, and shoot logistics
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Airtable, and Asana
- Able to be on-site in NYC for production days (must secure own lodging and travel)
