Position Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to lead the preparation, coordination, and enhancement of reporting across our European real estate funds and portfolios. This role sits at the intersection of asset management, investments, finance and investor relations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to fund investors, JV partners, lenders and internal stakeholders while improving reporting processes through automation and data standardisation. The position is ideal for someone who combines strong financial literacy with operational and data mindset, and who enjoys building more efficient reporting infrastructure.

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the preparation and review of investor reporting packages (monthly, quarterly, and annual) as outlined in Fund Limited Partnership Agreements and Side Letters, along with ad-hoc supplemental reporting requests from investors.
  • Own the preparation and review of lender compliance certificates and covenant calculations as per Facility Agreements.
  • Maintain and update investment performance reports, portfolio summaries and investor capital account statements.
  • Work closely with Investor Relations to support investor inquiries related to reporting and performance metrics, along with investor inquiries that may result during fundraising initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Investment, Asset Management, Finance, Tax, Legal and Investor Relation teams to gather accurate data for reporting. In addition, liaise with third party service providers (i.e. Property Managers, Fund Administrators, etc...) as needed.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all investor-facing materials.
  • Build and maintain financial models used for portfolio performance tracking, investor capital accounts, and firm-level planning.
  • Consolidate inputs from Asset Management, Finance and Investment teams to produce portfolio and fund level insights.
  • Maintain and organize portfolio-level operating and financial data to support ongoing asset management activities.
  • Prepare periodic portfolio dashboards and summary of key metrics for internal analysis.
  • Assist in identifying trends, variances, and key performance drivers across portfolio assets.
  • Provide financial insight and commentary to explain fund and portfolio performance for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and portfolio data infrastructure.
  • Improve, streamline and standardize processes for data collection, reporting automation (including leverage AI capabilities), and model governance.
  • Ensure data integrity across reporting systems and financial models, maintaining strong controls around data accuracy and audit trails.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to streamline reporting workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completed undergraduate and/or master’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field.
  • Fluency in English required. Fluency in German, Polish, Norwegian or other European languages preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in real estate private equity, real estate investment management, financial reporting, fund administration, client services or a related field.
  • Experience in accounting and financial reporting is very beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort handling large datasets.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
  • Interest or experience in automation, reporting systems, or data tools.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail along with willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, creative and entrepreneurial environment.
