We're building the AI-first successor to Slack, Microsoft Teams and Workplace — a communication platform with AI in every layer, designed to help teams stay aligned without drowning in channels and threads (aka "async work"). We came out of stealth in February 2026 with a $3.5M seed round led by 20VC, with backing from Sheryl Sandberg, Slack co-founder Cal Henderson, and operators from Meta, Slack, Intercom and Dropbox. We were founded by 4 ex-Meta employees who built and scaled Workplace, and we're soon moving from beta with design partners toward a wider launch.

We're looking for our first commercial hire—someone early in their career who wants to get their hands on every part of the sales cycle at a fast-moving startup. Inbound interest is already coming in and we need someone to run with it: qualify the leads, run demos, close deals, and onboard new customers so they get value quickly. You'll work directly with the founders and the investors, learn a huge amount fast, and have real ownership from day one. It's a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role, a great fit if you want to be in the room where an early-stage company figures out how it sells.

  • Work through inbound leads, respond quickly, qualify, and focus on the ones worth pursuing.
  • Run product demos tailored to what each prospect actually cares about.
  • Own deals through to close: follow-up, objection handling, pricing conversations, signature.
  • Onboard new customers, make sure their first weeks go smoothly, and turn our community of customers and partners into a cult.
  • Keep the CRM tidy and give the founders an honest read on the pipeline.
  • Share what you hear from customers back with the product team to help them build a better product.

Who we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, or a startup generalist role.
  • A “play to win” mindset. Driven and self-directed — happy to figure things out rather than wait to be told.
  • A clear, friendly communicator who's comfortable talking to prospects and running a demo.
  • Organised enough to juggle lots of leads without dropping the ball.
  • Genuinely curious about the product and the problems customers are solving.
  • Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup.
  • Able to be in-office at our HQ near King’s Cross, London.
  • Bonus: any B2B/SaaS experience, or interest in the future-of-work space.

What we offer:

  • Competitive base + commission + equity.
  • A front-row seat at a well‑backed early‑stage company, working directly with the founders and the investors.
  • The chance to learn the full sales cycle end‑to‑end and grow with the company. An early seat in the rocketship.
  • A central London office and a team that's built well‑known products before, used by billions of people.
