The QA Auditor will ensure that the product quality and site standards are maintained at all times and that the product meets the customer’s expectations and is legally compliant in all aspects.
Core responsibilities:
- Ensure that intake checks are completed on all raw materials and work with SOP's
- Complete relevant paperwork, record and logs for Quality procedures and audits
- Shelf life analysis and NPD product testing as required
- Work with production stakeholders regularly and support departmental KPI's
- Support in customer complaints investigation
- Assist with any incidents eg. allergens spillage, glass / hard plastic, blade breakages etc
- Partake in risk assessments & make decisions independently when required
- Work cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Who You are:
- Experience within a Food manufacturing or fulfilment environment
- Experience in a QC, QA or Food Technical role with audit experience
- Chilled food experience (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of Practical Allergen, HACCP, BRC and GMP would be a real advantage
- A high level of computer literacy including working knowledge of google and/or Microsoft applications
- Excellent organisational skills, a forward thinking team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

- Food Safety Level 2
- HACCP level 2
- Auditing qualification (Desirable)
- Allergen training
