Role Overview: The Biz-Dev Analyst provides insight, analysis, and performance support to the Biz-Dev function. The role focuses on turning data and activity into clear, actionable insight that supports decision-making, forecasting, and continuous improvement, without owning direct revenue generation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Research & Strategic Support: Conduct market and community research to inform strategy and lead‑gen meetings. Support business cases for new initiatives and events. Prepare insight packs and presentations for leadership discussions.
  • Analysis, Insight & Reporting: Analyse pipeline, community engagement, and growth activity data to identify trends, friction‑points, and opportunities. Produce regular performance reports, dashboards, and narrative insight for leadership. Support forecasting, capacity planning, and budget tracking for the community development function. Track progress against strategic initiatives, projects, and priorities.
  • Data, Tools & Process Support: Support CRM usage and data quality in partnership with the Biz-Dev Controller. Maintain reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and data standards. Assist with funnel analysis and conversion insights. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data‑led improvements.

About You:

  • Experience in an analyst, operations, or commercial insights role, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence using Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, or CRM reporting. Salesforce would be advantageous.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, commercially relevant insight.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with both senior leaders and front‑line executives.

What’s in it for you?

  • Once eligible, you’ll be able to enroll onto our private healthcare plan through Vitality. This includes perks like 50% off premium gym memberships and access to their exclusive rewards programme.
  • Support for your mental health and wellbeing through our employee assistance programme.
  • 25 days of annual leave per year. This is 25 days each year where we expect you to turn your phone off and switch off; we would never ask you to book leave for a doctor's appointment or to see your children’s school plays.
  • Regular team socials to help you switch off from work and get to know your colleagues in an environment away from your desk. We ensure socials are well‑balanced and offer a variety of activities to suit different needs so you always feel welcome.
  • A welcoming, dog‑friendly London office with appropriate spaces to cater for those with varying needs in the form of various breakout spaces and silent booths.
  • A range of family‑friendly policies, support towards professional qualifications, electric car schemes and more!
