The role involves managing and growing key hospitality partnerships across the UK’s most exciting venues. The Key Account Manager will build strong, trusted relationships with customers, delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions while driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the coffee expert and main point of contact for key hospitality partners, ensuring an outstanding experience.
  • Creating and delivering account plans that drive sales growth, identifying opportunities for cross-sells and up-sells.
  • Negotiating pricing and contracts that balance commercial goals with Pact’s commitment to fairness and transparency.
  • Working closely with Marketing to generate new business within defined hospitality segments and following up on inbound leads.
  • Winning new accounts and growing existing ones, achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Collaborating with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding of partners and timely order fulfilment.
  • Tracking performance across accounts, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce new products, services, or initiatives to enhance client offerings.
  • Representing Pact at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to build lasting connections.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a deep understanding of the coffee market and key trends.
  • Possesses experience in the coffee marketplace, ideally within the premium or speciality segment.
  • Has a proven track record in account management and building lasting client relationships.
  • Is commercially sharp, focused on driving growth and hitting targets sustainably.
  • Can manage multiple accounts and priorities while focusing on long-term growth.
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and takes ownership to get things done.
  • Is a natural collaborator who works well across teams.

Our Head Office is in London Bridge, offering a hybrid, flexible working environment with an engaged, collaborative approach to work and supportive leadership.

  • £35-40,000 base salary plus on target earnings (OTE) of £20,000, with uncapped accelerated earnings for overachievement.
  • 23 days holiday (increasing annually up to 27 days) plus 3 extra days between Christmas & New Year.
  • Flexible working core hours (10–4).
