Position Overview
Salesforce Pardot Specialist – work with clients on scalable projects using Salesforce Pardot. Build and deploy automated marketing campaigns, collaborate with teams, manage audience segmentation, ensure best practices, provide ongoing support and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy automated marketing campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms, engagement programs, completion actions) in Pardot.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions.
- Manage audience segmentation, lead nurturing, scoring, grading, and CRM integration with Salesforce.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimise campaigns to ensure accuracy, performance, and best practice compliance.
- Provide ongoing campaign support, reporting, and recommendations to improve marketing performance and client outcomes.
