Join Slalom as a Data Sales Executive to expand our data services by promoting and selling data-focused solutions. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven outcomes. Extensive experience working with Databricks is essential.
What You Will Do
- Partner with other Slalom capability counterparts to build strategic relationships with prospective clients.
- Drive business development for net new clients, collaborating with sales, account, and capability leaders. Some sales into existing accounts may be required, but this will not be the primary focus.
- Drive client discovery in partnership with account and capability leaders, qualifying timing and budget to align proposals with client expectations.
- Articulate desired business outcomes and define win themes based on competition.
- Deliver presentations to prospective clients, managing mutual close plans.
- Build strong regional market relationships.

- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Sales experience in consulting services, with a passion for both sales and technology.
- Extensive experience partnering with alliance partners.
