As a Business Strategy Consultant within our UK&I Business Strategy team, you will help organisations tackle their most important strategic challenges and identify opportunities for growth, transformation, and long-term value creation. Working alongside senior client stakeholders, you will support the development of business strategies, growth plans, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and investment decisions. You will help clients navigate changing market conditions, improve performance, unlock new opportunities, and build the capabilities required for future success.
Our work spans a broad range of strategic topics, including growth strategy, market and competitive positioning, operating model design, organisational effectiveness, transformation planning, customer propositions, and technology-enabled business change. Given the nature of our clients and the work we do, we are looking for consultants who are commercially minded, strategically curious, and comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology. Technology expertise is not the objective in itself, but an understanding of how technology, data, and AI can enable business outcomes is increasingly important. We welcome candidates from both consulting and industry backgrounds.

What Will You Do?
- Support the delivery of strategic consulting engagements across a range of industries and sectors.
- Conduct research, analysis, and problem‑solving activities to help clients address complex business challenges.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, growth strategies, operating model assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
- Support clients in evaluating market opportunities, competitive positioning, business performance, and investment priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align leadership teams and build consensus.
- Analyse business, financial, operational, customer, and market data to generate actionable insights.
- Create compelling executive‑level presentations and client deliverables.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and capability growth within the Business Strategy team.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience gained within consulting, industry, or a combination of both.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations, or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work across complex organisational environments.
- Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Curiosity and interest.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
